A TASTE OF BOOTCAMP 

This is a taste of what you would expect to do in bootcamp. It is a mix of bodyweight exercises designed to burn fat, tone up and lose inches. It is fun effective and all the exercises can be made easier or harder to suit everyone’s ability. All the exercises are timed so you work within that time frame at your own pace. This is a class that suits all!

BEAUTIFUL SHOULDERS & BODY WORKOUT 

Toning your shoulders will create balance to your figure, giving the illusion of a small waist! Working the back is good for your posture as it pulls your shoulders back and makes you stand taller that in turn makes you look slimmer. Using the ball for push ups makes it easier to do as the ball takes some of your body weight. Press ups tone the chest and arms very effectively. 

TONED TUMMY WORKOUT 

These 3 exercises tone the whole tummy. The first, on the ball, does the upper abs. The second laying on the floor with the ball between your ankles does the lower abs. The third, alternating knee and ankle touches tones the oblique muscles at the sides of your waist. 

BIKINI BOTTOMS WORKOUT 

These exercises will lift your bum and build a peach to fill your bikini bottoms! If you want a shapely bum do these exercises!
